New Year. Tabula Rasa?

Eh. Not completely. I actually enjoy my life at the moment. 2008, I would say, was a pretty good year. It was most definitely life changing (for the better and worse), and I don’t think I have any regrets. Getting closer to friends, accomplishing academically, and thriving musically were some things that I am happy of and thankful for. As for my resolutions, I only did one of them – number 3. Hopefully I will try harder with my new ones. Even though there are twice as more, I really want to accomplish all of them.

1. Usar más español.
2. Do homework away from computer, eliminating distractions.
3. Actually get through all the piano lesson books so I can learn real music.
4. Save more money.
5. Get a summer job and volunteer over the summer.
6. Try harder to get my semester grades up so I won’t be so stressed during finals.
7. Read more.
8. Sleep earlier.
9. Be nicer to parents.
10. Take more leadership.

Amen to numbers 1, 2, 4-10. Only eliminating 3 since I don’t tocar el piano. But yeah….. have fun.
